Onboard Conduct & Safety
• Designated Areas: Passengers must remain in lounges or deck areas intended for public use.
• Escalators: Escalators should only be used during boarding and disembarkation under the active supervision of the crew.
• Crew Instructions: For your safety, always follow the directives of the vessel’s Captain and crew members.

Vehicle Boarding & Garage Safety
• Boarding Procedures: Please follow crew signals for efficient and safe vehicle positioning.
• Garage Restrictions: Engines must be switched off immediately after parking. Passengers are strictly prohibited from remaining in their vehicles or the garage area while the ship is in transit.
• Incident Reporting: If a vehicle is damaged or a passenger is injured during boarding or disembarkation, notify the crew immediately. The crew will record the incident and, upon your request, issue a formal Damage Report Certificate.

Complaints & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the service, formal complaint procedures are posted on board. For refund requests, please provide all supporting documentation, including your ticket and original receipt.
Passenger and Luggage Insurance
All passengers and their luggage are insured for the duration of the voyage in accordance with the maritime company’s policy.

Environmental protection
Any kind of discharging waste into the sea or on the coats and beaches is prohibited.
All ports and marinas accept waste from vessels for a fee that is included in the mooring price.
